Time to Rethink!

After much thought, I have decided that I have bitten off more than I can chew with my self-imposed schedule of blogging topics. Although these are the topics I intend to continue to blog about, it seems that I have not taken into consideration that I am an old person and medically challenged at times and that I have quite a bit on my plate right now. I give up. I hereby announce that I am HUMAN!

So, now I am faced with coming up with a much more doable schedule for myself. I now realize that I am quite slow in completing crafts. I don’t sit down and forge ahead until it is done because that is no fun. Instead, I work on a craft for a while then get tired. Then I go back later and work on it a little more. I continue in this manner until it is finally finished. I do not rush to the finish line because for me the doing of the craft is more important than the outcome. This I did not know about myself before. So, in future, I will have craft blog posts, but they may cover several different posts until completion. I hope that will not make you stop reading. It really is the best I can do right now.

I am still working on the 3D star wreath and hope to complete it today or tomorrow if I have no doctor’s appointments to go to. I still intend to remake the lotion bars from another source I found yesterday on Pinterest. Hopefully these will turn out correctly as my skin is in need of some soothing!

I will continue to talk about blogging and my bullet journal as it comes up. I will still try out recipes from Pinterest and share the outcomes with you. I just don’t think I will be blogging 5 times a week. Instead, I am going to shoot for M-W-F postings. Maybe I will find that more doable. I hope that my confession that I am indeed human and fallible will not keep you from reading this blog, but if it does, I am sorry.

Now I am off to rework my Editorial Calendar for August and September to a more reasonable state. This is not fun and I will not enjoy it, but it needs to be done so I can keep this going.
